Edit time covers small text, image, and layout changes on existing pages. Unused time doesn’t roll over. New pages, new features, major repairs, database backups, and emergency or 24/7 support are quoted separately. There is no uptime guarantee. Sites I didn’t build need a review first.
Billed directly to you, so you own the accounts. I’ll help you choose and set them up.
Your web address, renewed yearly with a registrar. A typical .com often costs around $10–$25 a year; prices vary by registrar and ending.
Where your site lives. Many small static sites fit on a free or low-cost plan; sites with a CMS, a store, or heavy traffic may need a paid plan.
Booking, newsletter, CMS, store, or font subscriptions, plus usage fees such as payment processing. Applicable taxes are separate too.
Combine a build with optional maintenance and see one-time and monthly costs separately.
Apps, online stores, accounts, payments, and custom booking systems need their own scope. I’ll map the features and give you a build quote and a support proposal.
The build price covers the agreed design, development, testing, and launch work. The prices above are starting points for the listed scope. Before work starts, you receive a fixed quote showing the complete build cost and any agreed extras. Domain registration, hosting, paid tools, usage charges, and applicable taxes are separate and discussed upfront.
For the standard website packages, 50% is due to book the project and 50% before launch. Any scope changes are priced and approved before the extra work begins. Larger custom projects use agreed milestones.
No. You can choose a build only and manage the website yourself. Optional maintenance starts after launch and is billed monthly. Cancel before the next billing date to stop future charges; the current paid month continues. Hosting and other provider bills remain separate.
Fixes for bugs in the agreed, delivered work are included for 30 days after launch. After that, maintenance covers the checks and updates listed in your plan. Larger fixes, third-party outages, and new functionality are assessed and quoted separately. Maintenance doesn’t include 24/7 response or an uptime guarantee.
After the final build payment, you receive the custom website source and a handover. Your domain and hosting accounts should be in your name. Third-party software, fonts, and stock assets remain subject to their own licenses.
Yes. Brand identity, copywriting, additional pages, content migration, stores, and custom integrations can be added to your quote. I’ll confirm the extra cost before you commit.
It depends on the package, the number of pages, and how quickly content and feedback come in. We agree on a realistic schedule, with review dates, before the project starts.
A website, an app, a brand identity, or all three. A rough idea is enough to start.
